3D Disney Characters

Today's lecture made me remember a visualization example that I learned in one of my other classes. Here are 2 pictures of Snow White. The first one is from original animation, with minimal shading. The character looks pretty flat and doesn't really look like a human being (or at least this is what we agreed on in class). The other image is Snow White re-make for Disney's Anniversary release (they re-drew the character, but this time they were able to use shading to make her look more human-like and 3D)
